Letter/envelope set from the Maryland mass murderer.
This auction is for a letter from Maryland mass murderer Bruman Stalin Alvarez. On 7/20/1995, Bruman Alvarez viciously murdered a family of four and a hired contractor with a hammer and knives. Bruman Alvarez murdered a contractor first, who apparently surprised him while he was raping the youngest victim, a 15-year-old girl. Bruman Alvarez hit him six times in the head with a hammer before stabbing him 41 times. Family members continued to come home, the father and two more daughters. All met similar fates. Alvarez was arrested and charged. He would plead guilty to avoid the death penalty on 6/26/1996, receiving six life terms, five without the possibility of parole.
