Description

This auction is for a Christmas card from Texas "Eyeball Killer" Charles Fredrick Albright. Between 1990 and 1991, Albrigth is believed to have murdered three prostitutes. He was arrested on 3/23/1991 and charged with the three counts. Despite all the victims having their eyes removed a jury only found him guilty of one murder. He was sentenced to life in prison. To this day the case remains questionable being the evidence used against Albright was weak at best. Albright maintains his innocence.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Christmas card is dated 12/16/2004 and signed, "Charles Albright." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 12/17/2004. There is a small T.D.C.J. General Inmate Correspondence slip that came with the card, not pictured. The card and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat.
