This auction is for a letter from Georgia "Necktie Killer" Howard Milton Belcher. Howard Belcher murdered four homosexual men in October 2002. Despite being a male prostitute himself, Howard Belcher would later justify his behavior through religious scripture. In June 2004, he was sentenced to life in prison plus 20 years.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is 10 pages on five sheets and signed, "Howard Miton Belcher," also writing his name at the top of every sheet. In this letter Belcher goes on and one about his "long black fat" penis, which is apparently 15" when erect and 10" flaccid. He explains how he is the actual victim in his case and that his murders were part of his god's masterplan. He also goes on about not being gay yet admits to having sex with men. He doesn't masturbate either! This one is a Belcher winner! I scanned in two of the pages, but the entire letter is, well, just read the two pages! The original mailing envelope is postmarked 4/27/2007. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat.
