This item comes in its original case, with several music books with Dahmers notes and handwriting throughout. It comes with two mouth pieces, both of which could still contain his DNA!
This item, as well as all the other items from the Jeffrey Dahmer collection, came from the basement of Lionel Dahmer’s home. This item has an airtight provenance and comes accompanied with a COA.
