This auction is for a card from New York serial killer Joel David Rifkin. Between 1989 and 1993, Joel Rifkin was an active serial killer, picking up prostitutes to murder. He is believed to have killed at least 17 women. On 6/28/1993, Joel Rifkin was pulled over by state troopers for speeding and a body was discovered, resulting in his arrest. He would be convicted of nine murders and sentenced to 203 years to life.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Christmas card is dated X-mas '15 and signed, "Joel." The original mailing envelope is 12/29/2015. The envelope wasn't open very carefully opened, ripped by the original recipient, creating a little damage to the back flap.
