Inserted in a print file preserver sheet, These were Joel Rifkin's personnal taken photographs and he has put a copy right and signed J Rifkin and dated 1979 as well.

We've had 3 full sheets that came from the collection of Mr. Malette that obtained them from Mr. Rifkin's father. They were from the time he went to The state university of brockport à Rochester suburb where he took photography classes and was part of the photography club. He would drop out in 1980. This is also the time he had his only girlfriend who described him as being nice but always depressed.

Joel David Rifkin (born January 20, 1959) is an American serial killer. In 1994, he was sentenced to 203 years in prison for the murders of nine women between 1989 and 1993. He is believed to have killed up to 17 victims between 1989 and 1993 in New York City and in Long Island, New York. Although Rifkin often hired sex workers in Brooklyn and Manhattan, he lived in East Meadow, a suburban town on Long Island.
