John Davis (b. 1987 | age 36) and four others held John’s wife, Victoria Davis, captive for hours at her house, where they beat and tortured her. John told police that he killed his wife because she wanted a divorce, and said he “shot her up with dope”.
She was beaten repeatedly. She was hooked up to a battery charger. She essentially bled to death from the beating she took. She was beaten with a baseball bat. She was raped with a baseball bat.
Judge Mark Lindsay asked John if that is what happened, and he said it was.i
John was sentenced for Murder-1st Degree – Accomplices to 37 years on December 1, 2017.
