Letter/envelope set from the Georgia serial killer.
This auction is for a letter from Georgia serial killer Judith Ann Adams Neelly. In 1982, Judith Neelly, with husband Alvin Neelly, abducted, raped, tortured, and murdered two young girls. A third male victim survived being shot and was able to identify the pair. The Neellys would be arrested three weeks later in Tennessee.
