The auction is for a postcard from deceased former Panama dictator and cocaine distributor Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno (2/11/1934 - 5/29/2017). Manuel Noriega was a CIA informant, but his use quickly dried up and his was indicted on racketeering, narcotics, and money laundering charges in 1988. He would be arrested during the 1989 invasion of Panama. Manuel Noriega would be convicted in 1992 and sentenced to 40 years imprisonment. Upon completion of his sentence he would be extradited from the United States to France to receive a second term of imprisonment. Manuel Noriega died of natural causes on 5/29/2017. He was 83.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The postcard is unmailed and only initialed by Noriega, "MAN." It appears he was going to fill out the original recipient's address but chose not to.
