Crimes Committed
Andrews was involved in two homicides prior to the murder of fellow inmate Jesse Harris. The first two murders occurred in 1997 and 2000, which resulted in him receiving a life sentence. While serving this sentence at USP Hazelton in West Virginia, he committed another murder on October 7, 2007. During this incident, Andrews, along with another inmate named Kevin Bellinger, attacked Jesse Harris. They ambushed Harris as he was returning to his cell and stabbed him a total of 20 times using a shank.
