Decesead - Richard Speck original Kay's Pilot House ashtray from1966. Kays Pilot house bar has been closed since. Richard spent the evening before the nurses murders at the Kay 's Pilot house chain smoking and drinking until late. It’s located at the 3500 E. 100th street in Chicago Illinois.
