Description

This auction is for a letter from paroled Oregon double murderer and suspected serial killer Scott William Cox. Between 1990 and 1991, Scott Cox brutally raped and murdered two women in Portland. A third victim survived a vicious assault on 5/30/1991 in Seattle, WA. Scott Cox was arrested and ultimately plead guilty to both murders on 9/15/1993. He was sentenced to two 150 month terms. Scott Cox was a truck driver, traveling all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Although no additional charges have been filed, he is suspected in multiple unsolved murders, possibly as many as 20. After serving 20 years was paroled on 2/22/2013.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on one sheet, dated 4/28/2004, and is signed, "Scott." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 4/29/2004.
