Description

This auction is for a letter from two-time wife murderer Timothy Boczkowski. On 11/4/1990, Timothy Boczkowski murdered his first wife in North Carolina. Then on 11/7/1994, Timothy Boczkowski murdered his second wife in Pennsylvania. He was convicted of both crimes, being sentenced to death out of Pennsylvania and life in North Carolina. The Pennsylvania death sentence would be overturned. Timothy Boczkowski would be resentenced to life without parole. He was serving that life sentence in a North Carolina prison until he paroled in 2018, where he was transferred to Pennsylvania to serve his life without sentence.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on one sheet, dated 5/3/2006, and is signed, "Tim." The original mailing envelope is postmarked on the reverse 5/5/2006.
