This Los Angeles police bulletin is extremely scarce and very good looking poster prior to Richard's arrest when they still didnt know who he was. The poster is signed in full Richard Ramirez - Night Stalker and has 666 and a moon on top a rare form of his full signatures.
Richard Ramirez passed away on June 7th 2013.
For many many years he would refused to sign anything like it. This is extremely rare and a great add to any Ramirez collection.
