William Bonin handwritten envelope postmarked 22 FEb 1996
This envelope is very scarce and has 7 lines penned by him. Having a handwritten envelope is already very tough. This particular one is among the one he sent 10 people who he corresponded with at the time right before execution.
It’s know that wrote to all of them and that his typewriter broke while he was saying his goodbyes. So part of the 10 received a typed envelope. There were less the. 10 envelopes sent handwritten and also not all would have a postmark so close to his execution.
William Bonin bought dinner to everyone who came to visit him few days before execution including his attorney.
