This auction is for a letter from Massachusetts double murderer Joseph Lee Druce. In 2003, while serving a life sentence for murdering a gay man, Joseph Druce elected to kill defrocked Catholic priest and serial child molester, John Geoghan. Joseph Druce got John Geoghan in his cell, jamming the cell door to prevent officers from coming to his aid. Joseph Druce beat and strangled him to death. He would be given a second life without parole sentence.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is one page, dated 11/22/2007, and is signed in full, "Joseph Lee Druce." Druce has enclosed a xerox copy of a newspaper article aligning with his white supremacist views. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 11/24/2007. The items appear to have been wet at some point, but it doesn't affect any of the writing. The letter, article, and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat. Message me with any questions you might have.
