This auction is for a letter from condemned Texas rapist and murder Carlos Trevino. On 6/9/1996, Trevino, with multiple accomplices, gang raped a 15-year-old girl. It was Trevino who would stab the girl to death after the assault. He and his accomplices would be arrested. Three others would be convicted for their roles in the crime, but only Trevino would be sentenced to death. He has been scheduled for execution multiple times, but the date continues to get pushed back.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is one page, dated 7/26/2010, and signed, "Carlos." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 7/29/2010.
