This auction is for a letter/envelope set from condemned Nevada murder and suspected Florida serial killer Daniel Steven Jones. On 10/13/1989, Daniel Jones was charged with shooting a Nevada man in order to steal his motor home. He had been previously convicted for attempting to murder his grandmother by hitting her over the head with a crowbar. On 9/24/1990, Daniel Jones waived his jury trail and plead guilty. A three-judge panel was appointed to decide his fate. With evidence of two additional murders in Florida coupled Daniel Jones' violent history they sentenced him to death.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is four pages on two sheets, dated 5/1/2006, and is signed, "Danny." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 5/1/2006.
