Letter/envelope set from the Nevada murderer and suspected serial killer.
This auction is for a letter from Nevada murderer and suspected serial killer John Flowers, A.K.A. Craig Leslie Jacobsen. On 4/4/1997, a 20-year-old singer and dance went missing after going inside a store owned by John Flowers. He would be arrested in Los Angeles in August of that year. John Flowers tried to hang himself shortly after his arrest. Police would later be led to the body by his wife, who was interested in saving her herself from being named an accomplice. In 2015, John Flowers was extradited to Arizona to face an additional murder charge. He is also suspected in at least one additional Nevada murder.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is five pages on three sheets, dated 11/17/2007, and does not appear to be signed. Flowers has written his name and alias at the top of the first page. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 11/19/2007. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat.
