This auction is for a letter from Massachusetts double murderer Joseph Lee Druce. In 2003, while serving a life sentence for murdering a gay man, Joseph Druce elected to kill defrocked Catholic priest and serial child molester, John Geoghan. Joseph Druce got John Geoghan in his cell, jamming the cell door to prevent officers from coming to his aid. Joseph Druce beat and strangled him to death. He would be given a second life without parole sentence.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is three pages on three sheets, dated 6/23/2007, and is signed, "Joseph Lee." Druce has enclosed two xerox copies of newspaper articles related to his case The original mailing envelope is postmarked 6/26/2007. The letter, articles, and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat. Message me with any questions you might have.
