Ashley Phy pleaded guilty on May 6, 2024, to multiple charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual exploitation of children, and endangering the welfare of children. Her husband, Christopher Phy, who was already a registered sex offender under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law, was found dead in his prison cell shortly after being booked into Dauphin County Prison.
