This auction is for a letter from paroled convicted Illinois double murderer Michael Clark. In 1972, Michael Clark, with several accomplices, are believed to have committed a series of four murders, including the murder of two families. The crimes were motivated by robbery. On 10/12/1972, Michael Clark would be arrested for marijuana possession while under police surveillance. One of the guns related to the crimes was linked to a total of 10 murders. Michael Clark would be convicted of two murders in two separate counties and one attempted murder. He would be sentenced to multiple 120 year terms. On 7/3/2019, Michael Clark would be paroled. He's projected parole discharge date is 1/24/2066.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The completely typed missive is two pages on two sheets, dated 3/19/2006, and type signed, "Michael." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 3/20/2006.
