First published in 1994 this is Issue #4 of underground Heavy Metal fanzine Under The Blade. The headliner of this issue is unquestionably the Richard Ramirez material, which besides the cover artwork there is also an interview with Ramirez as well.$

Saddam Hussein #69 Rookie Card (from Desert Storm Pro Set Series 1991)

In this auction is a hand drawn piece of Batman villain Harley Quinn by Richard Ramirez, signed in the bottom right hand corner.It was Richie himself who hipped me to who Harley Quinn was in the first place.  He told me, she’s The Joker’s girlfriend.  This was before the film Suicide Squad, and I’d missed the fact from the original comic book series (where Richie obviously became knowledgeable of the fact). 

Last and final correspondence from Kevin Foster (“God”) I received from him, where in it he briefly pens the request “Leave me the Fuck alone already”, but in a polite and reserved fashion.
