Letter/envelope set from the New York the Babies in Boxes Murder Case serial killer.
This auction is for letter from New York serial killer Diane O'dell. Between 1982 and 1985, Diane O'dell murdered at least three of her children, she had 12. The bodies of her three children were found in an abandoned storage unit in Arizona, 2003. You'd think you'd remember to make payments on the unit where you stored your dead babies? Diane O'dell would be arrested on 5/17/2003. The murders became known as the Babies in Boxes Murder Case. Police also suspected Diane O'dell in the disappearance of another child. She would be convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment on 1/28/2004.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is three pages on two sheets, dated 3/4/2007, and is signed, "Diane." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 3/5/2007.
