Deceased - Douglas Clark One-of-a-kind 3 pages document letter from landlord , notice to pay rent or quit and declaration of service from 1978

I’ve always loved getting my hand on unique documents such this one! Debatable to some if he was killing back then and if you ask me he probably was.

First body associated with him dates 1980 and he would have moved with Carol Bundy in 1979.

This original stapled 3 pages document is original papers from 1978 where the management from The Promenade where he rented a studio in California and lived with a roommate Joey Lamphier represents :

1) One full original page from the management give to him dated March 15, 1978 informing him that by real estate laws he has 3 days period to pay his rent or get evicted by Marshall proceeding.

2) A signed original copy Notice to pay or quit rent with original signed by his Landlord/Agent : Cheryl Kautzky where she added the name of his roommate Joey Lamphier by hand in blue ink.

3) Declaration of service sheet by the State of California County of Los Angeles dated March 15, 1978 and also signed by the declarant

This is a great true crime collectible! Was he a killer before meeting Carol Bundy. Did he control Carol or did Carol controled him? Did he ever kill or was it all Carol….so many different stories and theories about the Sunset Strip Killers.

One thing for sure the duo together was explosive , unique and part of criminal history.
