Letter/envelope set from the Massachusetts school shooter.
This auction is for a letter from Massachusetts school shooter Wayne Lo. Wayne Lo was a W.E.B. DuBois minority scholarship recipient who went on a shooting spree at Simon's Rock College of Brad. The 12/14/1992 incident left a professor and student dead. Four people were also wounded. Wayne Lo would ultimately be sentenced to life without parole. His artwork has drawn criticism from victim advocacy groups. In light of autograph collectors trying to solicit items for sale from Wayne Lo through written correspondence, Wayne Lo refuses to respond directly to most of the mail he receives, but rather has an unnamed person or persons type out replies and mail them for him.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on two sheets and is not signed. Lo goes into professional poker, sports betting, schooling shootings, makes reference to a Columbine based video game. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 5/19/2006, with a Massachusetts Department of Corrections stamp on the reverse. This letter was mailed from the prison. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat. Message me with any questions you might have. Thanks for having a look-see.
