This is the BEST letter by ROY LEE NORRIS that I have seen. Everyone knows about his amazing cougar drawings. In this letter he tells the history behind these drawings. In the last paragraph of this letter he names the five women he was convicted of murdering. He ends the letter saying, "If only I could relive those precious hours!"

Norris has numbered this letter as well. Every time he drew a cougar on a letter this size he numbered it. This one is numbered #19. He also added his right thumb print at the bottom left hand corner with his signature.
