Christmas card/envelope from serial killer Carl Eugene Watts.
This auction is for a Christmas card from Carl Eugene Watts, also known as Coral Watts (11/7/1953 – 9/21/2007). Between 1974 to 1982, Coral Watts raped, tortured, and murdered 22 women. Authorities speculate Coral Watts may have killed in the upwards of 100 victims. Originally sentenced to 60 years in Texas, but due to terrible law writing, and an even more terrible plea deal given by prosecutors, Carol Watts was eligible for early release. As a model prisoner he would end up severing only a third of his time. Before he was to be paroled he was charged with several murders out of Michigan, where he would ultimately be sentenced to life without parole. Coral Watts died of cancer on 9/21/2007. He was 53.
