Letter/envelope set from the Michigan serial killer.
This auction is for a letter from Michigan serial killer Leslie Allen Williams. Between 1991 and 1992, Williams abducted, raped, and murdered four teenaged girls. After a failed abduction, Williams was arrested. He had prior convictions for abduction and rape. Williams ultimately confessed and lead police to the bodies, buried in shallow graves. He went on to confess to a series of other crimes, including 11 additional sexual assaults. He would be sentenced to life without parole.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is eight pages on four sheets, dated 3/16/2006, and signed, "Les." Williams has drawn some happy faces throughout, some a pretty creepy! Williams has also included a copy printout photo of a snowplow. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 3/17/2006 on the reverse. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat. Message me with any questions you might have. Thanks for having a look-see.
