This auction is for a card from Washington murderer Randolph Roth. on 7/23/1991, Randy Roth drowned his fourth wife in Lake Sammamish in a bid to collect the life insurance policy. Randy Roth would be arrested and subsequently convicted of the first-degree murder. He received a 50 year sentence. Randy Roth's second wife died in 1981, apparently plummeting to her death while hiking on Beacon Rock. He was never charged in connection with his second wife's death.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The hand drawn birthday styled card is unsigned. The missive is one page and singed, "R." The original mailing envelope is not postmarked, but 0.39¢ was the going rate of U.S. postage from 2006 to 2007.
