This auction is for a letter from executed Florida serial killer Robert Joseph Long (10/14/1953 - 5/23/2019). In 1984, Bobby Long abducted, raped, and murdered at least 10 women in Tampa, FL. After making the mistake of letting a 17-year-old victim go, after raping her for 26 hours, the police were able to track him down. He would be subsequently convicted for several murders and sentenced to death. Bobby Long was executed on 5/23/2019. He was 65.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is one page and signed, "B." Long basically lets this potential pen pal he's got no time for them, but politely. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 8/24/2011.
