Description

This auction is for a letter from Illinois serial killer Paul Fredrick Runge. Between 1995 and 1997, Paul Runge raped and murdered at least six women and a young girl. DNA evidence linked him to the rape and murder of a 35-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter. Paul Runge would be convicted of the double murder and sentenced to death. His death sentence would be commuted to life in 2011.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is three pages on three legal size sheets of stationery, dated 5/9/2006, and signed, "Paul." The letter was sent prior to Runge's death sentence. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 5/11/2006. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board. Message me with any questions you might have.
