This is signed numerous time by Deputy Clerk : Charlotte W. Lewis, Pro Se attorney defendant : Theodore Robert Bundy, this is also signed by the Deputy Sherif at the time.
This has also the name of the witness that we’re subpoenaed at the time:

Roy Sanders
Marry Ann Kirkmann
All of the above from the Leon County Sherif’s office that were at the crime scene or part of the investigation of the Chi Omega Sorority house.
It’s a beautiful true crime collectible part of Ted Bundy’s and eventual conviction and leading him to be executed by electrocution in 1989.
An extra sheriff’s return document is stapled on the back of this main document as sent in the photographs bellow.
